Zambia - August 2003

There are a lot of pictures on this page and they probably mean little to someone who has never been to Zambia.

In Luambe I was frightened that if we got a puncture that the tsetse flies would bite me if I got out the vehicle. If you opened the window to take a picture they would get in and if you failed to kill them all you could guarantee that the remaining one or one would bite you.

On the way home we went to Talana Farms in Botswana. Here we got permission to drive off road and I of course got a puncture when a mopani root leapt out and entered my sidewall.
